Upcoming Events at Makemie Woods

In addition to our summer program, Makemie Woods hosts the following events:

Presbytery retreats for Middle and Sr Hi youth
A training event for leaders of youth
A Get-away weekend for Single-Parent Families , usually late May or early June
A Summer Camp Open House , usually in April
A Family Camp, usually in late summer
A Presbytery-wide Picnic, usually in the early fall
Winter Camp in December
A staff reunion in December
"First Friday" Senior Luncheons

FAMILY CAMP--September 4-5
Don't let the kids have all the fun! Family campers have the opportunity to enjoy much of the Makemie Woods fun, including zip lines, crafts, swimming, boating, a campfire, and weather permitting, a look through the Brinton Observatory. PRAISE PICNIC--September 5
A great afternoon of fun, food and fellowship. Archery and the pool will be open at 3 PM, followed by a great meal at 5 PM, with music by Nicole Belanus and storytelling by Anthony Burcher. Download the flyer
